Transportation

The school contracts a bus company to run the school bus service. In addition to the requirements of Colombian law, the school arranges for its own inspection of vehicles, which must meet its standards of health and performance. Each vehicle must be fitted with individual seat belts, with one child on one seat. All vehicles have a permanent communication system, with avantel. Parents are issued with direct contact details of the bus routes used by their child.

There are bus rules that are designed to allow the safe operation of the bus at all times, and the safety and security of its passengers. We ask all students to adhere to these rules. Failure to do so may result in a student being prevented from riding the bus.

Parents of students who use the bus service receive a document detailing the bus service and a copy of the student code of conduct. In addition, they are given the names of their driver and bus supervisor and relevant contact details.
