Some of our mothers, who were involved with United Nations, explained to us the projects they were working with, in the area of Cazucá. We were able to meet Nelson Pájaro and his students. This has been since then an on going project for CGB. Nelson Pajaro’s school is located in a very underprivileged area of our city where most of the population consists of families displaced by violence.

We have worked with them on projects such as the Christmas Donations, The Music Concert in December, The Care, Give and Believe Banquet, The Milk Day, School Supplies Donations by the Student Council, The Garage Donation Day among others. The whole community and especially the students have been involved in most of these projects.

The Charity Committee also works throughout the year in other projects such as the Unicef Campaigns, Terry Fox Run, and Breakfast for Employees.

The objective of our committee is not only to help others but to involve our students. Giving is receiving and it is very important for them to live and experience these processes. It also teaches them how grateful they must be for what they have got.

Thanks to all CGB families for their generosity and help. We hope, we can continue counting on your valuable support.
