


Ingredients:
• 1 cup low-fat milk
• 2 tablespoons pistachio-flavor instant pudding mix
• 1/2 chocolate mint sandwich cookie
Instructions:
1. Pour milk into a tall glass.
2. Add instant pudding mix and stir with a fork until well blended.
3. Crush the cookie in a small plastic bag.
4. Stir the crushed cookie into the milk using a fork.
5. Enjoy!
